Her research background equips her with the ability to interpret complex economic data and trends, offering insights that support strategic decision-making across these critical sectors. In addition to her economic research skills, Narges has a comprehensive cross-functional background that spans engineering product design, project management, materials, supply chain management, and quality control. She has applied these skills across several multinational industries, allowing her to blend technical insight with strategic research, strengthening her ability to address complex industry challenges from multiple perspectives. Drawing on her strong analytical skills, Narges led economic and industry-related research projects for the Center for Automotive Research as part of her experience with her previous employer. Before that, she held roles in manufacturing, engineering, and product development at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Bosch Siemens Home Appliances, and Ames Industries. Narges also utilized her multilingual skills and global technical expertise as a mechanical engineer at the University of Niederrhein and Thyssen Krupp Steel Europe in Germany. Additionally, she served as an adjunct instructor at East Carolina University, teaching engineering graphics courses. Narges holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Niederrhein University in Germany. In her free time, she enjoys strategy-based activities such as chess, crossword puzzles, and Sudoku, as well as 3D puzzles and other creative pastimes. She also has a green thumb and a knack for organization, finding joy in nurturing indoor plants and creating beautifully arranged spaces. A dedicated learner, she immerses herself in books, explores new technologies, and engages in handcrafted activities that unleash her creativity.
